1. What should I expect when my delivery arrives?
Our delivery team will introduce themselves, show ID, and confirm your order. Before bringing anything inside, they’ll plan the safest route, check for access concerns, and carry out the services requested by your retailer. Once everything’s done, they’ll confirm completion and collect your signature using our handheld device.
2. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you notice any damage during delivery, please let the delivery team know right away. If the issue was noticed after they left, contact your retailer as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product and your order reference.
3. What are additional delivery services?
If your retailer has included extras like room-of-choice placement, assembly, packaging removal, or recycling of old items, our team will already have that information and proceed accordingly.

If something feels missing, you can ask the crew to check their delivery notes. If the service wasn’t listed, please contact your retailer for assistance.
4. How do I raise a complaint about my delivery?

5. I missed my delivery. What happens now?
No problem. Our bookings team will get in touch to reschedule. If you prefer, you can also call us using the contact number above with your delivery reference ready.
6. How do I cancel my order?
All cancellations need to go through your retailer. Once they confirm the cancellation, they’ll notify us if any changes need to be made on our end.
